Branka Marinkovic

Branka Marinkovic has a BFA from Massachusetts College of Art and Design with a focus on painting and art history. She has lived and studied in diverse places such as Toronto, Boston and Paris. Branka is a doctoral candidate in Art Education at Concordia University and recipient of FRQSC research scholarship. Her research focuses on artists as teachers and the artistic process which is backed by fifteen years of teaching experience. Her work as a landscape painter explores place and identity. She was a finalist in the 2017 Bombay Sapphire Artisan Competition. Her work is in private collections in Canada, the USA and Europe.
