Registration Dates

Start of each registration period: Online, phone and In-person registration begins at 9 am.

Deadline for Registration

Students are encouraged to register early; deadline is 5 days prior to start of course. Later registration could result in a class cancellation due to low enrolment or the class may already be at maximum capacity.

Register Online

SUMMER SEMESTER 2026

You may pay online with Visa of MasterCard. If you have already taken courses at the Visual Arts Centre, you may log into your account using the email address you have provided and creating a password. If you are a new student, you may create an account for online registration.

FALL SEMESTER 2026

This fall, the Visual Arts Centre will transition to the Amilia platform for all registrations.

With Amilia, you'll be able to sign up for and manage your classes more easily and efficiently. Thank you to our entire community for your help during this transition!

WHAT THIS CHANGE MEANS FOR YOU:

• Starting this fall, classes and registration will now only accessible on our Amilia platform.
• The Visual Arts Centre’s Amilia platform will go live on August 6. This will give you a chance to familiarise yourself with the platform before registration begins.
• The registration process should be simpler. You can access the platform online or download the Amilia app directly to your phone.
• You may be asked to create a new account when registering for the fall. If you’ve never used Amilia before, please create an account as soon as possible.
• We are offering a 5% discount to anyone who has paid an annual membership fee with us within the past year. If that applies to you, please email us to receive the promotional code. (Please note that the discount does not apply to workshops or intensive weeks.)

Register by Phone

You can also call us at 514-488-9558 or come in person to the administrative office to register. However, please note that this registration method is not any faster and does not guarantee your spot.

Tuition Fees

The tuition fees must be paid in full before the course/workshop commences. Taxes are applicable except for children 14 and under. Childcare receipts for summer camp and winter break are issued automatically.

Cancellation and refund policy

The Centre aligns its cancellation with the Office de la protection de la consomateur. Please send your written request to info@visualartscentre.ca.

MODALITIES

• Cancellations BEFORE the start of the activity: No fees or penalties. We will refund the entire fee within 10 days of receiving the cancellation request.
• Cancellations AFTER the beginning of your activity: In the event that your activity has begun, you will have to pay the cost of the services already received, i.e. the amount for the days during which the child was registered for camp, as well as a penalty equivalent to the smaller of these two amounts: $50 OR; 10% of the cost of services not received.
