About the course
Students will review the fundamentals of observational drawing while exploring the richness and subtlety of coloured pencil work. They will focus on harmony and unity by developing their colour choices and palette, and learn techniques specific to coloured pencils, including layering, blending, and creating texture. Subjects of study will include plants, still life, and abstraction. Prerequisite: one session of drawing.
