Learn how to draw light and shadows with pencils, transforming shapes into forms, such as a circle into a sphere. Understanding how light behaves on a subject/environment is crucial to giving your drawing that three-dimensional, realist feel and depth. In this one-day drawing workshop, we will work together step-by-step on the practice of seeing values, light/shadows, and exploring different approaches to pencil work. Together, we will create the most realistic drawing of our subject. No prerequisite.
