About the course

This course will explore the world of animals through a variety of drawing techniques and materials. The course will be structured by thematics such as sacred and symbolic animals, the beauty and energy of animals and more. Each theme will be presented within an art historical framework. Materials will include graphite, charcoal, Conté, colour pencils, brush and ink. The work will be based on a combination of photography, imagination as well as observation. No prerequisite.
