About the course

Explore the possibilities of visual narrative, combining words and images to tell stories and express emotions in a uniquely immediate way. Learn some basic illustration skills, including figure drawing and composition, and experiment with various traditional comics art materials, including paint brush and ink, ink wash, and watercolours. Some previous experience with drawing recommended.
