This course supports students in developing a self-directed painting project using oil as the primary medium. Emphasis is placed on individual research interests and working on a new or preexisting project. Students will receive guidance through tutorials, group critiques, and independent studio practice. Ideal for those looking to focus on a specific piece or cohesive body of work. Prerequisites: One oil painting class.
