About the course

Experience a day of outdoor raku firing at the Rozynski Art Centre!
Learn this low-temperature firing technique of Japanese origin that creates smoke effects and crackled surfaces on your ceramics. This two-part workshop will give you the opportunity to hand-build or throw your pieces at the Visual Arts Centre, then glaze and fire them in an outdoor gas kiln at the Rozynski Art Centre. Come back home with original decorative pieces and unforgettable memories!
