About the course
Interested in making your painting practice more environmentally friendly? The focus of this painting workshop will be on slow, sustainable processes. Together we will weave our own canvases and make our own paints, explore store bought alternatives that support local small businesses, painting supports, and drawing on handmade paper. We seek not the perfect skill of a craftsperson, but the accessible nature of making everything with our own unique touch. The subject matter of our painterly practice will be open. For all levels.
