About the course

The Travel Diary has a long history as a rich tool for artistic practice. Whether it’s a real trip, an imaginary one, or wanderings not far from home, you will develop a range of strategies for representing the places you visit. Drawing, transfers, washes and writing are just some of the practices that will be explored in this course. Prerequisite: one session of drawing.
