Embroider your own patch! Join us for an art hive with artist Théo Bignon, inspired by his exhibition 'Buddies' at McClure Gallery from September 8 to October 14, 2023.
Try your hand at stitching an image or word of your choice that symbolizes an element of your identity or community. Using the thread and beads provided, you will embroider onto a felt patch, and back home you can stitch or safety pin your patch onto an item of clothing or an accessory.
No prior knowledge of embroidery is necessary. You will be encouraged to experiment, and examples of illustrations will be provided to inspire you. Stress-free fun!
