Jamie Wilson Goodyear

Jamie Wilson Goodyear received a Bachelor of Fine Arts, studio arts, from NSCAD University in 1996. After a few years with his own stained glass studio he started studying glass at Espace Verre where he earned a technical Diploma in Fine Craft, studio glass in 2009. In October 2011 he completed a Master of Art and Glass Science from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa and Universidade de Lisboa in Portugal. He obtained a technical Diploma in Fine Craft, ceramics at Centre du Céramique Bonsecours in 2016. Currently, he working toward a Ph.D. in Studies and Practices of Art at the Université du Québec à Montréal. He has curated exhibitions at NSCAD University (Halifax), Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Almada, Portugal), Espace Verre (Montreal), Divers/Cité (Montréal), and for several Montreal artists. As an artist, he has shown his work in Portugal, the USA, and Canada.
