Jude Ibrahim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education from Concordia University. She is currently completing an MA in Art Therapy at Concordia University. Her practice, as an art educator and artist, focuses on using art making as an act of inquiry and a form of self-discovery. She enjoys exploring and teaching different mediums including drawing, painting, photography, and printmaking. She is driven to push the boundaries of each medium to uncover themes related to memory, nostalgia, and identity. She has taught children and adults in various community settings since 2017. Her pedagogical goals focus on teaching and encouraging students to widen their artistic skills, practice self-expression, and gain self-knowledge throughout the creative process.
