Marianne Chénard was born in Rimouski Quebec. In 2008, she received her BFA from Emily Carr College of Art & Design in Vancouver. Since 2009, she has worked and taught ceramics in Montreal. Her main interest is in applying diverse techniques in surface decoration, adapting several printing and painting techniques acquired in her visual arts training.
