Paper Gardens Art Hive

Join us for this art hive by Mere Phantoms artists Jaimie Robson and Maya Ersan, where they will guide you through making your own garden-inspired paper cutouts. Using a variety of paper cutting and folding techniques participants will create either a handheldshadow puppet, or a free standing shadow cutout. From concept to sketch to realization, participants will be introduced to the steps used by the artists in creating their own work. Inspiration images will be provided. The workshop will culminate in a period of hands on shadow-play.
